How Pexeso Is Played

Pexeso is a memory matching card game. All cards start face-down, arranged in a grid. On each turn you flip two cards — if they match, they fade out and leave the board and you score a pair; otherwise they flip back and it's the next turn. The round ends when all pairs are found. In single-player mode you try to finish in as few moves and as little time as possible. In two-player pass-and-play, finding a match earns you another turn while a miss passes play to the opponent; the player with the most pairs at the end wins.

How to Use This Game

Tap the large card on the start screen to play with the selected deck and board size, or tap Daily Challenge for today's seeded puzzle that's the same for every player. During the game, flip two cards by tapping them — after the second flip both are shown in a mini-zoom. Tap beside them to continue, or hold a card for a full-screen view. Drag the stats widget anywhere on the board. In the top-right corner there is a fullscreen button for more card space — especially useful on phones — and a dark mode toggle below it. The game remembers your best score per deck and difficulty, and tracks your daily challenge streak.
